Arsenal Injury Updates : Podolski to start with the team today plus Flamini injured

Here is a great boost for Arsenal as German international Lukas Podolski has revealed on his twitter timeline that he could join the Arsenal first team today.

Lukas Podolski has been on the sidelines since late August when he sustained a hamstring injury in Arsenal's match against Fenerbache. He has been out of the team for over 3months due to this but he could be in action for the Gunners in the next few weeks as said by Wenger on Friday.

Arsene Wenger revealed last week in one of his pre-match interviews thatLukas will return to full training soon and it now looks real as Podolski himself tweeted today that he will be joining the rest of the team in training today.
It's really going to be great to have him back into the Arsenal squad. I can't wait to see him play for us once more.

Bad news for the Gunners as reports claim that star midfielder Mathieu Flamini has sustained a groin injury in the match against Hull City on Wednesday. he is expected to undergo a test at London Colney to ascertain the extent of his injury.
I just hope it doesn't result to what I'm thinking knowing fully that groin injuries are always unpredictable as it sometimes require a surgery to heal up. Get well soon.
